Prior to co-founding RS Crypto Income Fund, Mr. Rosenblum co-founded RS Low Beta Opportunity Fund. Since 2019, along with Mr. Shapiro, RS Low Beta Opportunity Fund has substantially grown their AUM, both through profits and new limited partners continuing to invest. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosenblum was a Director at Natixis Securities Americas, where he served as an equity derivatives flow trader. Prior to that, he traded on both the buyside and the sellside at BAM Capital (long volatility hedge fund), Societe Generale (sellside options trader), and MKM Partners (boutique institutional brokerage). David began his career as an options market maker on the floor of the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Rosenblum graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. He has held FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

Prior to co-founding RS Crypto Income Fund, Mr. Shapiro co-founded RS Low Beta Opportunity Fund. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shapiro founded Specialized Performance Advisory Group, LLC, a hedge fund based in NY, NY. Before that, he was a Senior Manager in the Fixed Income, Currency & Commodity Division at RBC, Canada’s largest investment bank. Brian was also instrumental in building the FTN Financial East Coast operation. Mr. Shapiro began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG. Mr. Shapiro graduated from New York University with a degree in accounting and received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School. He has held FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.
